Ms. Esther McFarlane is currently the Chief of the Education Unit at UNESCO Phnom Penh in Cambodia. With extensive international experience in the education sector, she has managed UNESCO's STEPCam programme, one of Cambodia’s largest teacher education initiatives, while overseeing the education sector within UNESCO Cambodia office.

She has worked with multiple UNESCO offices, including Myanmar office where she managed UNESCO’s Capacity Development for Education program focusing on sector-wide policy and planning. Before moving to Myanmar, Esther worked with the UNESCO office in New York supporting the UN Secretary General’s Global Education First Initiative and participating in key negotiations in the lead-up to the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDG4. Esther’s experience in education policy, planning and management is complimented by her first-hand experience in the classroom, serving as a high school mathematics and languages teacher in her home country, South Africa, before moving to New York.

Esther holds a Master’s Degree in International and Comparative Education from Columbia University in New York.

លោកស្រី ឃុន លក្ខិណា មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាង១០ឆ្នាំ បម្រើការនៅក្នុងជួររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ផ្នែកអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ នៅក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន លោកស្រី ឃុន លក្ខិណា កំពុងបម្រើការជា ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបណ្តុះបណ្តាល នៅអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានអប់រំបណ្តុះណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសនិងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ នៃក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។

បញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់អនុបណ្ឌិតផ្នែកឧតុនិយម នៅទីក្រុងអូដេសា រដ្ឋអ៊ុយក្រែន អតីតសហភាពសូវៀត។

មានបទពិសោធន៍បំពេញការងារនៅក្រសួងធនធានទឹកនិងឧតុនិយមរយៈពេល៩ឆ្នាំ។ បំពេញការងារជាមួយអង្គការជាតិនិងអន្តរជាតិចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០១ រហូតមកដល់ពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។

Mr. Mar joined Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2003 and serves as Senior Project Officer (Education and Skills) and co-mission leaders for projects and programs in education and skills. Prior to working with ADB, Mr. Mar was the National Program Manager and Chief Technical Advisor for the International Labour Organization (ILO), from 1995, serving in both Cambodia and Bangladesh (2009-2011).

បច្ចុប្បន្ន លោក ភែល ភារុណ កំពុងបម្រើការជា ប្រធានផែ្នកគោលនយោបាយ នៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិសម្រាប់ការសិក្សាពេញមួយជីវិត និងជាអនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន នៃក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា។ 

Mrs.Rodionova Natalja

Managing Director of IT Academy STEP Institute in Cambodia and Vietnam

Working in Cambodia since 2015, has significantly contributed by the development of the quality digital skills education by growing IT Academy STEP into a leading higher education institution providing trainings both for students and corporate clients. In 2019 she has established a non-profit program Sisters of Code, that aims to empowering female students’ participation in digital trainings.  She has successfully implemented several educational programs in partnership with USAID, British Embassy, UNDP Cambodia, CBRD, MoEYS and MPTC. Mrs.Rodionova’s contribution in the education was recognized by the Women in IT Awards in Asia in 2021.

លោក លៀវ គឹមឡាយ បច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងបំពេញការងារជាមន្ត្រីកម្មវិធីអប់រំ ការិយាល័យអង្គការយូណេស្កូប្រចាំនៅព្រះជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អន្តរជាតិនៅទីក្រុងម៉ាសាឈូសេត សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាង១០ ឆ្នាំក្នុងការបម្រើមុខតំណែងផ្សេងៗនៅអង្គការក្នុងស្រុក និងអន្តរជាតិ ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើ ការអភិវឌ្ឍយុវជន  បច្ចេកវិទ្យាក្នុងការអប់រំ ការអប់រំក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងការងាររបស់យុវជន។

MISTI លោកបណ្ឌិត សេង ទូច បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកវិទ្យាសាស្ត្របរិស្ថាន (RUPP) បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកការរៀបចំផែនការទីប្រជុំ និងបរិស្ថាន(Mahasakham University) និងបណ្ឌិតផ្នែកការរៀបចំផែនការទីក្រុង និងតំបន់ (Khon Kaen University) ប្រទេសថៃ  ។

លោកបណ្ឌិត សេង ទូច មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាង០៧ ឆ្នាំ នៅក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការបង្រៀន និងការស្រាវជ្រាវ នៅប្រទេសថៃ និងកម្ពុជា។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀត លោកបណ្ឌិត បានចូលរួមផលិតឯកសារគោលនយោបាយក្នុងវិស័យ វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ដូចជា ផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវ វ.ប.ន កម្ពុជា ២០៣០ របៀបវារៈស្រាវជ្រាវជាតិ ២០២៥ ការរៀបចំផែនទីបង្ហាញពីការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងនវានុវត្តន៍ក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ី ស្រាវជ្រាវ កម្ពុជា ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ី វ.ប.ន. កម្ពុជា ផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ថាមពល ផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យាទេសចរណ៍ ផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យាអប់រំ ផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវបច្ចេកវិទ្យាសុខាភិបាល ជាដើម។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន លោកបណ្ឌិត សេង ទូច កំពុងបម្រើការងារ ជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានគោលនយោបាយ វ.ប.ន. នៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្រ្ត បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (MISTI) ។

លោក អ៊ឹង ច័ន្ទមុន្នី បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ, បរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកសិក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។

លោក អ៊ឹង ច័ន្ទមុន្នី មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាង០៧ ឆ្នាំ នៅក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំទាក់ទងទៅនឹងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិជ្ជាជីវៈជាប្រចាំរបស់គ្រូ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្រូ  និងការរួមបញ្ចូលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាចូលទៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីអប់រំ។

បច្ចុប្បន្ន លោក អ៊ឹង ច័ន្ទមុន្នី កំពុងបម្រើការងារ ជាប្រធានតាមដាននិងវាយតម្លៃគម្រោង នៃអង្គការអប់រំពិភពលោក (World Education)។
