Cambodia's continued prosperity highly depends on developing human capital and enabling people to skill, reskill, and upskill over their lifetimes. Digitally-enabled lifelong learning opportunities allow for faster scaling of training programs and more equal access to learning. However, realizing the full potential requires developing relevant digital content and enabling access to devices and connectivity, especially for marginalized populations.
The Forum represents an unprecedented opportunity to align stakeholders behind a shared vision for a skilled workforce powering Cambodia's future. Together, we can build a robust lifelong learning ecosystem through strengthened governance, increased investment, leveraging technology, and an unwavering focus on inclusion. We have the responsibility to ensure all Cambodians can develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities to reach their full potential and actively participate in social and economic life. Achieving this vision will require multi-stakeholder collaboration to equitably expand digital literacy and access, develop locally relevant content, and provide training and support to learners.
